Can I use it on my cat or dog?
No. This is a glove for fabric, not a grooming tool. It has no bristles and no teeth, so it will not pull loose hair out of a coat the way a brush does. Use it where the fur ends up instead, on the sofa, the bed, the car seat and your clothes.
Does it pick up long hair as well as short?
Both. Short hair works its way deep into the weave and long hair tangles across the top. The electrostatic mesh lifts either one out of the fabric.
Will it work on clothes I am wearing?
It works best on fabric that stays put, so lay the garment flat on a bed or table first. On a shirt you are still wearing the fabric moves with the glove and it takes more passes.
Will it damage delicate fabrics?
No. Velvet, wool, microfibre and car leather all come up clean without snagging threads or leaving residue. On anything precious, try a hidden corner first, the same as with any cleaning product.
