ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Processing means verifying your order, preparing it for dispatch and handing it to the carrier. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing the next business day.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery times vary by destination. As a general guide, most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks of dispatch, though some destinations can be faster or slower. Estimates shown at checkout are our best current guidance, not guarantees: carriers, customs and local conditions can all affect the final date. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm your order, so there are never surprise charges from us.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Depending on your country, imported orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by local authorities on delivery. These charges are set by your country, are the customer's responsibility, and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. If you're unsure, your local customs office can tell you what applies before you order.

DELAYS

Occasionally shipments take longer than estimated. Customs inspections, carrier backlogs and weather can all add days. If your order is meaningfully late, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier straight away.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately. We can usually correct an address before the order ships, but not after. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer; if such a parcel is returned to us, we'll arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply) or a refund of the product price.

LOST PACKAGES

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we'll make it right: a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. Contact us and we'll take it from there.

TRACKING

Every order includes tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Allow a few days for the first tracking update to appear, since carriers sometimes scan parcels only at the first hub.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If your order contains several items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking for each shipment, and you're never charged extra when we split an order.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbours and your local collection point first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll help investigate.

PEAK SEASONS

During busy periods, like holiday seasons and major sales, processing and delivery can take a little longer than usual. If you're ordering a gift, allow extra time.
