ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to PeTidy.Shop. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from our store. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

ELIGIBILITY

We sell pet care products and accessories. We do our best to display our products accurately, including descriptions, specifications and photos. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in colour or finish can occur between the image and the item you receive, and between production batches.

PRICING

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and, where applicable, include or display taxes as indicated before you confirm your order. Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes never affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and refund any amount paid in full.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales to certain regions at our discretion. If an item in your order becomes unavailable after purchase, we'll contact you with the option of a substitute, a delay, or a full refund for that item.

ORDERS

We may cancel or refuse any order, for example where we suspect fraud, where stock has run out, or where there's been a pricing or listing error. In that case, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for legitimate reasons, including abusive behaviour toward our team, suspected fraudulent activity, or misuse of the store.

PAYMENT

Payment is taken at the time of purchase through secure third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method provided. We don't store your full card details.

BILLING ACCURACY

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update it if it changes, so we can complete your transactions and contact you when needed.

SHIPPING

RETURNS

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
